Pre-book your tickets and treatments/training sessions as availability is limited.
Please note: we don't have enough personal sessions to go round if everyone wants two, so book early to avoid disappointment!
If you're too late to grab a personal session, there are still plenty of other activities and events for all to take part in.

Celebrity Talks, Group Training Sessions, Individual Training, Sportswear Fashion Show - for experienced runners and novices alike.
Absolute Beginners: Practical training session plus advice on footwear, clothing, nutrition, stretching, injury prevention and training plan.
Experience Counts: Practical training sessions designed for experienced runners including: Improve Your Running Technique, Training for a 10k, and Training for a Marathon.
Exhibition: All the expertise and help you could wish for – drop in between sessions.

10.15 Mike Hare - The Incredible Shrinking Man (30 minutes)
Mike is an absolute inspiration to all novice runners who want to change their life by getting fit, losing weight and completing a personal challenge.
In under 3 years Mike lost over half of his body weight of 28 stone. From being a couch potato, he improved his diet, took up gentle exercise and joined a gym. He has now completed several Marathons and has recently written a book, ‘From Sofa to Start Line’.
10.45 Run For Fun (75 minutes)
An informal overview of all aspects of running for novices, including a gentle training session
11.30 Paul Evans Masterclass (90 minutes)
Improving your speed, plus a practical training session
13.00 Lunch and Question & Answer Session (50 minutes)
An opportunity to ask all those questions that will help you achieve your goals.
Panellists include: former Chicago Marathon Winner Paul Evans, Mike Hare ‘The Incredible Shrinking Man’, footwear, clothing & nutrition experts from Advance Performance, core stability & physiotherapy experts from Core Cambridge, coaches from Cambridge & Coleridge AC and a podiatrist from Cambridge Medical Centre.
